I am a technology leader based in Doha, Qatar, currently responsible for IT, Digital Delivery & AI Innovation at Zoom Arts & Design. I build enterprise systems, national-scale event platforms, and applied AI solutions where reliability and execution under pressure are non-negotiable.
With 10+ years of experience, I’ve delivered mission-critical platforms for government entities, international organizations, and high-profile public events across Qatar. My focus is building systems teams trust when it matters most.
Event registration/check-in, badge & access control, protocol management, kiosks, mobile apps, and operations dashboards used in live high-volume environments.
Design and operate scalable cloud platforms on Azure, with CI/CD pipelines, environment standardization, and deployment practices built for speed without compromising control.
Treat cybersecurity as a design constraint identity-first access, hardening, PT remediation, and operational security practices embedded into everyday delivery.
Delivered registration, check-in, badge printing, access control, protocol management, kiosks, and AI-driven interactive experiences for national and international events.
I believe strong technology leadership is about reducing uncertainty, building systems that are predictable, observable, and calm under pressure. When technology fades into the background and teams can focus on outcomes, the system is doing its job.
I lead technology for environments where failure is visible, timelines are fixed, and trust matters, national events, government platforms, and enterprise operations. This page captures how I think about building systems that scale under pressure.
I don’t start with features, I start with systems. Most failures don’t come from bad ideas; they come from weak foundations, unclear ownership, and fragile dependencies. I design for peak traffic, last-minute change, and human error.
Reliability isn’t a DevOps task, it’s a leadership choice. Architecture, vendors, timelines, and staffing decisions either reduce or increase operational risk. My goal is to build platforms that fail gracefully and recover fast.
Security can’t be added later. It starts with identity, access boundaries, and how data flows. I treat cybersecurity as a design constraint: hardening, least-privilege access, monitoring, and realistic threat assumptions.
I love innovation but not at the cost of stability. I build AI and smart experiences that simplify workflows and reduce manual effort. If a solution needs constant supervision, it’s not innovation, it’s debt.
Good systems make teams calmer. If technology depends on heroics, constant explanation, or creates anxiety, it’s already failing. I build platforms that are predictable, observable, and boring in the best way.
Scaling systems without scaling people creates fragility. Real scale requires clear ownership, documented decisions, shared mental models, and trust between teams. Architecture doesn’t survive confusion.
Reliability is the most underrated feature in technology.
I lead technology where failure is visible and timelines are fixed national events, government partners, and enterprise operations. I focus on outcomes: reliability, speed, security, and calm delivery under pressure.
Designed and delivered end-to-end platforms for high-profile events where queues, timing, and trust matter:
Built AI systems that worked in real environments, not demos:
Reliability is not a DevOps task it’s a leadership decision. I designed cloud infrastructure and delivery practices that reduce operational risk, ship faster, and stay secure under pressure.
Delivered platforms and technology support for national programs and organizations including: Qatar Airways Events, MCIT, Ministry of Interior, Qatar Football Association, Aspire Academy, Doha Forum, Qatar Economic Forum, UN conferences (COSP11 / LDC5), Qatar Tourism Awards, and more.

Outcome I optimize for: systems that teams trust secure, observable, and stable under pressure.
My career didn’t move in a straight line, It expanded in layers. Each phase strengthened a different skill: communication, systems thinking, operational leadership, and high-stakes delivery. This is the thread that connects it.
Built strong communication instincts through creative and digital work, learning how people engage, how content moves, and how to ship fast without losing quality.
Shifted from “projects” to “platforms”. Learned how systems are designed, maintained, secured, and delivered under real constraints deadlines, budgets, vendors, and production risk.
Led mission-critical platforms for government partners and high-profile programs in Qatar including registration, check-in, badge/access control, protocol workflows, kiosks, dashboards, and live operations support. This phase shaped my obsession with reliability, observability, and calm execution.
Now responsible for IT, digital delivery, and applied AI, building secure cloud platforms, delivery standards, cybersecurity-by-design practices, and AI-powered systems that work in real environments (not demos).
The pattern is simple: I move toward complexity, then reduce it by building systems teams can trust. My advantage is range: communication + engineering mindset + delivery under pressure.
My career isn’t a list of titles, it’s one consistent outcome: building reliable systems and teams that perform under pressure.
Certifications and formal training that support my work in enterprise systems, cloud delivery, cybersecurity, and applied AI.
